Tracking information will be made available to you upon shipment of your order. You will be emailed your tracking numbers within a few days after your order has shipped. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account.

If you live in the intercontinental United States and you purchased a power base, it will be shipped by standard freight truck to its final destination or to our in-home setup partner's delivery hub. If your order includes In-Home Setup, there will be an additional 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and setup. Total delivery time may take between 4 to 6 weeks.

You can also call our automated system to receive tracking updates by dialing 1-888-694-4088 ext. 3. Please have your order number ready as you will need to enter it at the prompt. If your order was placed over the weekend, it will be set up for shipping on the next business day that is not a holiday. Please allow a few days for tracking numbers to become available for most common-sized mattresses.

Most common-sized mattress shipments may arrive between 10 to 14 business days. If your order includes In-Home Setup services, your order may take between 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered. During peak season and over holidays, please expect a short delay with your shipment due to seasonal influx.
