Shipping
Tracking information will be made available to you upon shipment of your order. You will be emailed your tracking numbers within a few days after your order has shipped. You can also log into your account and view tracking information. *If you live in the continental 48 states and your order includes a power base, it may be shipped standard freight truck with curbside delivery. It may take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered. If your order includes In-Home Setup services there will be an additional 3 to 5 days for delivery and setup of your mattress and/or power base.
*Free Shipping applies to all orders. If your order was placed over the weekend it will be setup for shipping on Monday. Please allow up to a week for tracking numbers to become available for our most common sized mattresses. Most common sized mattress shipments may arrive between 10 to 14 business days. During peak season and over holidays please expect a short delay with shipment due to seasonal influx.
**HI and AK Shipping There will be an additional shipping fee for orders shipping to HI and AK. These fees will vary depending on the product whether it is an accessory item or a bed set. Shipping orders to Hawaii or Alaska require special rates, please contact us to get a quote.
Mattress Recycling Fees by State
California
CalRecycle approved a $16.00 recycling fee. Mattress Recycling Fee collection began on Dec. 30, 2015.
Connecticut
Connecticut’s mattress recycling law requires mattress manufacturers to join a nonprofit organization that manages mattress recycling to help reduce unwanted mattresses and box springs in the state (CGS § 22a-905 et seq.). The Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) was established to fulfill this legal requirement. The state of Connecticut neither administers the program, nor collects its fees. MRC created the program “Bye Bye Mattress.” A fee is charged at the point of sale, and required by law, which the retailer transmits to MRC. The fee is set at $11.75 per unit (mattress or box spring) and pays for things like collecting, transporting, and processing discarded mattresses; audits; public education materials; and maintaining a financial reserve. Although MRC is primarily responsible for the program, the Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is tasked with enforcing the law’s requirements.
Oregon
Oregon is requiring mattress manufacturers to build a recycling program for discarded mattresses in the state of Oregon. $22.50 recycling fee collected at retail, from customers, on each mattress and foundation sold in the state of Oregon. The mattress recycling fees fund the collection and recycling of mattresses and foundations used and discarded in the state of Oregon.
Rhode Island
Rhode Island enacted General Law 23-90, in July 2013, requiring mattress manufacturers to build a recycling program for discarded mattresses in the state of Rhode Island. May 1, 2016, is when the program started and is being funded through a $20.50 recycling fee collected at retail, from customers, on each mattress and foundation sold in the state of Rhode Island. The mattress recycling fees fund the collection and recycling of mattresses and foundations used and discarded in the state of Rhode Island.
