In-Home Setup & Delivery is Available for Mattresses and Adjustable Beds

Delivering your new bed set within a timely manner and in brand new condition is a very important process of your purchase because we understand your needs for a better night's sleep. We have partnered with the best freight and In-Home Setup service providers in the country. Their main goal is to provide you with on-time delivery, the protection of your new bed during transit, careful consideration for your property, privacy, safety and satisfaction.

Additional In-Home Setup Options
We have multiple delivery options for your specific needs. Everyone is different and each home is different so the better prepared the delivery agent is the more efficient they are with the delivery and setup.

Stair Carry
If your bedroom is on the 2nd or 3rd floor and requires the delivery agent to walk up stairs, you will need to make sure you include stair carry on your order. Also, if your residence has more than three steps at the main point of entry, a stair carry is required.

Remove Your Old Mattress
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we're taking extra precautions for the handling and disposal of used mattresses, these extra procedures have increased the costs for this service. In some areas a third party company will be handling this process after your in-home setup has been completed. Removal of your old mattress is still available, when requested at the time of purchase, for an additional fee per piece.

 


 

Delivery Expectations

In-Home setup deliveries may take from 14 to 30 business days. If you want In-Home Setup servicing we will schedule a day and time for the items to be delivered to a Delivery Agent (DA) in your area. The DA will then schedule a time frame with you directly to schedule when they can come to your home and setup your order for you. We are not affiliated with the DA and do not own the In-Home Setup company. Adding In-Home Setup services will increase your delivery time by 3 to 5 days. Hawaii and Alaska In-Home Setup delivery is currently not available.

How does my smart bed and personal comfort purchase get delivered? Can I have an in-home setup?

All mattresses will be shipped within agreed-upon terms. All details of delivery must be added to the order. We strongly urge you to inspect your delivery upon receipt. Personal Comfort is not responsible for any shipping-related damage to or issues with the purchased product. In the rare event that your order is damaged due to shipping, we will follow standard procedures for filing a claim with the delivery company, order delivery research, and determine an appropriate resolution for all parties.
