The Personal Comfort 120-night trial gives you four months to sleep on your new adjustable smart bed at home before committing. If the mattress isn't right for you for any reason, you can return it for a 100% refund of the original purchase price.

Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface. For people who have struggled with poor sleep, tossing and turning, or discomfort, it can take 3 to 4 weeks for your body and brain to adapt to a new mattress, and sometimes longer. Personal Comfort designed the 120-night trial to give every customer enough time to know with confidence whether their bed is working for them.

What Is the Comfort Enhancement Policy?
Before a return is processed, Personal Comfort will work with you to find the right comfort solution. This is called the comfort enhancement policy and it is included as part of the 120-night trial.
Under this policy, Personal Comfort may swap out comfort layers, covers, panels, or other components, and will cover the cost of shipping for those adjustments.

- Comfort enhancements do not include exchanging mattress sizes (for example, a King cannot be swapped for a Split King)

How to Return Your Mattress
